1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size (subject to availability).

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
