At STASHBUDDY, we want you to shop with confidence. As a limited-drop print-on-demand brand, every product is made specifically for your order.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for support:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• Claims must include clear images/videos of the issue
• The item must not be intentionally damaged or misused after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Due to our print-on-demand model, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Size preference issues
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Final sale items

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
• Bank/payment processing time may vary

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed:

• Shipping charges
• Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fees

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs (if applicable for approved cases) will be covered by STASHBUDDY
