Welcome to STASHBUDDY. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Orders

• STASHBUDDY operates as a limited-drop print-on-demand brand
• Products are made and processed specifically for your order
• Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting differences

2. Order Acceptance

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion
• Orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity may be cancelled without prior notice

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be completed through approved payment methods available at checkout

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional ₹99 COD Handling Fee
• Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation
• Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability
• Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed

6. Return & Refunds

Due to our print-on-demand model, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Size preference issues
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Returns/replacements may be considered only for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos and order details.

7. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information
• STASHBUDDY is not responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer

8. Changes to Terms

STASHBUDDY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
